When the program is delivered by the first day of the month, listen to the Sales Manager's Guide in your car to prepare for your meeting.

Play the Sales Meeting Supplement video during your meeting and have your team discuss how the key points apply to their accounts.

Follow with an exercise, applying the skills demonstrated to your unique selling situation. After the meeting, the sales team will listen to their Guide to Sales Excellence audio and review the written materials. In the following meeting, administer the Retention Review.
